I placed an order w/FreshSalvia.com and had a prompt response explaining that they were unable to ship the herb to my state of La. but I could either cancel my order, or receive a “comparable” product, whatever that means.
I asked for clarification, but received no response. I then cancelled my order, and requested verification TWICE, but still have not heard anything. When I attempted to reach them by phone, I got a recording that d/t high customer volume, they are only communicating by email. WRONG way to handle business.
I am still waiting for a response.

Arena Ethnobotanicals is a wonderful website and great company. I live in Louisville, KY and I ordered a package at about 7pm two days ago and i went to get the mail AND IT’S ALREADY HERE! They ship from Cali. VERY FAST SHIPPING and I used the standard $3 shipping as well.
