Ordered little over a year ago in 08, Received rocks and pebbles and fake seeds in with my “HBWR” woodrose seeds order from Bouncing Bear Botanicals

The TRASHIEST ethnobotanical seller. Damn, more misidentified cacti…

I ordered from them, and the post office lost the package en route. …SO, they re-shipped $50 of product for free (has to be signed for this time, though) to fix the mix-up that wasn’t even their fault. Grade-A service.

These guys are wonderful. Salvia extracts are great as well as their kratom. Ultra fast shipping!

Decent prices…Quick shipping. Won’t respond to emails but no reason to complain really…Probably will stick w/ Iamshaman.com but might use them again.

Ordered at 12:00 noon. Got an email less than an hour later that it was SHIPPED. And had a tracking number.
The box arrived the very next day (and I did not order express shipping). The box was plain wrapping, the products securely sealed inside and a receipt. All of the products were of superior quality — everyone of them, including amanitas, kratom, cappi, and some herbals.

I compared the price with other venders, and their prices are the lowest of every vender.

My next order with Bouncing Bear, same experience.
I’ve ordered 5 times now. The only delay was when I ordered on Sunday. The delay? Well, I had to wait until noon on Monday before I got the email that said SHIPPED. And the package arrived on Tuesday with the same superior products.

I’ve also written three times with questions, and received a prompt, professional email reply each time.

ordered syrian rue and some edible lime (calcium hydroxide) along with some yopo seeds. yopo seems to be cebil, but nobody sells real yopo anymore so wasn’t too disapointed. syrian rue was great! and edible lime did its job, EXTREMELY fast shipping at good prices (not amazing, but good) one of my favorite vendors and the only one i trust 100% with my CC info, will be ordering amanita and some mimosa from them asap!

They charge a whole lot. All that I buy from them is edible lime powder. The shipping is very quick, they have a website with excellent information but the discriptions are overly enticing. They ship very quickly. This is one of the top companies in this category. However, I used to sell products online and i always charged the post office’s price. They charge a flat rate of 6 dollars now. i thought it was for priority mail but it is for first class. I feel a bit ripped off in that sense. they make up for it partially by shipping immediately. Overall, if you have the money they run a good store to buy from. They may overcharge for shipping on small packages but they send it right away, which sort of evens out the problem.

I purchased from them in the early month of September along with three friends, however we used different credit cards. On the 22nd of the month all four of us had purchases done on our credit cards that we had not done, and Bouncing Bear Botanicals.com was the ONLY website that all of us had purchased from that month. So we have reason to believe that our credit card numbers were sold, and each card had been charged a minimum of 300 dollars upwards of 500 dollars. So keep this in mind if you decide to shop with them, they may deliver the product in time, yet we all had negative experiences with Identity Theft

I have yet to find anyone anywhere near them for speed of shipping, quality, price or customer service… And I’m done trying to find anybody else, so I never will–I’m just sticking with them. They are the best Kratom vendor out their. 5 stars! Highly recommended.
