I’ve ordered $1200 total worth of stuff from grass city, the only complaint i had is they didnt have a stashbox I wanted and communication was kind of difficult to get it replaced.

I find grasscity.com easy to navigate. It was good about immediate notification/updates on out of stock items on their site. The company sent order confirmations within an hour. both sent shipping confirmations with accurate information.

I risked regular standard mail shipping due to cost and wanting the packages to be inconspicuous.

My package arrived nearly 10 days exactly from the date of order. Items were carefully handled. The box was discrete and I was surprised to see that the order was not from the netherlands, causing less attention to be drawn to it. Orders was complete. Overall I was very impressed with their service.

I ordered from grasscity.com and they kind of messed up an order. They gave me a 30 dollar gift certificate to make up for the trouble. Good people quick shipping.

I really did not expect to feel what I did from such a small amount! Such a great product! I would recommend this product [Salvia Divinorum 10x] to anyone, It’s a new interesting high and definitely worth trying

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order several months ago and paid up front. The one item that was shipped from a U.S. merchant arrived timely. But, the remainder of my items never arrived!! Upon contacting GrassCity, they only stated that international mail takes a long time, and that the merchandise was being returned to them by the postal service. They didn’t say why, only that maybe my address wasn’t correct (this was the same address that the one U.S. item arrived safely at). It’s been months now, and any inquiries are answered “we must get your old shipment back before we refund or re-ship”.
THIS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! There was no warning on their site that merchandise might not make it in the mail. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE FROM OUTSIDE OF EUROPE NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will probably be throwing your money away.

I ordered a green skull bowl and received a blue one and there soon after the green one went to out of stock I bet they just sent me the blue instead of refunding me or asking me if I want the blue so I told them and I want them to send me the correct one I ordered and there response to that was did you use it? and I said yes but I wanted green not blue and now they are not responding very poor customer service…. It took them 4 months to have the green bowl in stock again.

this is a RIP OFF! do not buy from this website! i ordered a bong & grinder, also some screens for my pipe & nothing has arrived. it has been 4months. i call them & they dont answer or call back. i send them emails
& they dont reply! im going to find away to get my money back. im going to the government & i will put this website down!

I’ve ordered from the United States several times form Grasscity.com. And all I can say is WOW, I mean my local headshops charges a ton for anything they sell, and Grasscity has a massive massive collection. I mean sure, shipping is not Amazon, but hey, you are talking international delivery, 7 to 10 days is not so bad, and they do deliver, Got my new Weedstar peice all setup here for Christmas . Much better and reliable the everyonedoesit, they fucked me over for seeds really really bad , TWICE!!

Go Grasscity.com! (shame you don’t sell seeds to the USA)

I ordered an item, on the 10th, paid extra for registered tracking blah blah… As of the 22nd I put in a ticket, and their response was that the “item had shipped on the 15th, but they were not provided a tracking number” Anyone who has ever shipped anything registered, via ups, or usps knows you get a tracking number immediately! I have been trying to call them for 5 days now, of course no return call… I was very excited about this site, and had been bragging about it because of the prices… NO MORE. I’d gladly pay extra to actually have my item in a decent amount of time.. 20$-30$ for Shipping… and it takes 10+ business days?

I placed a order on 12/1/10 and it shipped 12/8/10. Finally got my order 1/18/11 and I was about to forgive the long shipping wait until I opened the package. I got a straight bong with a flat base to finally have something more stable. The one they sent me has a crooked top and base so it wobbles. Then the downstem and bowl are completely different from what was in the picture and it says 18mm joint so I ordered a 18mm carbon filter from them as well. These morons gave me a downstem with 18mm to 14mm so the 18mm carbon filter dowsn’t fit. Also the bowl sent with this has a big enough hole to suck half a gram through it. So I emailed them after I ordered it and no response yet but the website says I have 30 days to send them back stuff with an explanation but that is going to cost me another $20-30 for international shipping. Never again will I order glass online. I rather pay a little more and actually check out the quality first. I would never have bought this piece in a store.

Terrible company. Stay away from them. I ordered something on 12/1/2010. They got paid on 12/4/2010. Unresponsive customer service or a answering machine. Here it is almost two months later and they can’t tell me when my product will arrive or provide proof of shipment. Grasscity ripped me off. Stay away. The worst of it is when I said I was going to have my credit card company reverse the charge they threatened “to reveal the nature of their business to my credit card company.” Grasscity is a snitch. Stay away or you’ll either be ripped off or outed.

Grasscity.com is the best, all those haters posting there stuff, is either competition or under aged users banned from their forums.

I’m a regular USA customers and I’ve ordered RooR’s, Ehle’s nd all from Grasscity.com, always fast shipping, great service and mot of all I get great stuff for great prices. Hands down the best online headshop in the world.

I have placed a total of 4 orders with Grass City. Aside from the slow shipping, which is not really the company’s fault, 3 orders arrived in good condition. The issue is with the customer. It truly is non-existent. I placed an order on 12/23/10 and one on 12/27/10. The 12/27 order arrived without a problem. I am still waiting on the 12/23 order. I have submitted three online support requests and left two phone messages over a period of seventeen days. I still have not had a response. You can get some good deals at Grass City, but be prepared to lose money too.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I am a real person and I ordered a water pipe from Grasscity.com. I emailed them several times to check the status of my order, and they were always friendly with me. Finally, after eight weeks, I got the pipe. I thought I had been scammed too, but it just took a lot of patience to get an inexpensive, high-quality pipe. I think US orders just take a very, very long time.

I order from GC 2 months ago. I emailed them several times with emails back stateing to wait. I have waited and waited with no answers. Dont order from GC there a scam!
