Purple Sticky Salvia

Post Icon

Purple Sticky Salvia is a brand-name. It happens to be one of the most popular brands purchased from local headshop. The leaf is ground up and as the name would imply is a purple shade and a little ‘sticky‘. It doesn’t stick to you or anything, but it certainly does not feel similar to a standard dried leaf. Please feel free to leave your purple sticky salvia review here if you’ve tried the brand.

Got the 40 dollar packet of Purply sticky 20x and it worked fine. The walls… came alive and had faces… I felt like I was being sucked towards the wall.

Sorry but Purple sticky is absolute shit. And by shit I mean unhealthy impure crap.

They claim:
“Some companies claim to sell 10x and 20x. However, with crude salvia only one extract can be made based on the quality and quantity of the leaf. These companies sell some as 10x and some as 20x, hoping none realizes the exact amount of the active component Salvinorin-A.
One can tell which is 10x and which is 20x, because the color of Salvinorin-A is black.
For example, 20x should be twice as dark as 10x. An informed person can clearly see this difference! Moreover, upon depositing Salvinorin-A onto non-pulverized leaf, differentiating between 5x and 10x is difficult, since the flakes of green leaf obscure the color. Companies that sell cheap salvia extracts rely on this!”

Salvinorin-A is crystalline white, like fine sugar, not black! It doesn’t have a color. That means no matter how much salvinorin-A you dump on green leaf, the color of the extract should remain relatively constant. In fact, the only perceptable change you should see is tiny little crystals of salvinorin-A reflecting light off the leaf surface, like hundreds of little sparkles.

What’s black in a leaf? Natural tars, resins and waxes – to get technical, lipids. Tars, resins, waxes… that explains where the “sticky” comes from.

this black gunk will end up in your lungs! Your body will forcibly cough it up, if you’re lucky, but in the meantime those tars will act like a toxin, leaching poisons into your bloodstream. Also the stuff they didn’t filter is taking up a lot of the weight in the “gram” Around 20%.

THEY DON’T FILTER OUT THE BAD SHIT

I bought Purple Sticky 20X and boy that stuff was really crazy. It really turned me on to Salvia. It “works” very well just like Salvia should. You take a hit, even a small hit and it kicks in instantly. No smoking two bowls or having a bad hit. Even if your bowl sucks and you get an ember in the back of your throat you’ll still be knocked to your knees. I reccomend this to anyone that is looking for something that has always worked at least for me.

I’m seeing that it’s more expensive to buy from a smoke shop but I prefer that over buying online because the one time I did buy I didn’t even receive the goods (Pretty sure it was the Post Office’s fault, but still)

Purple Sticky is a shit company run by misleading ppl. Their salvia is labeled in AtomiX (whole lotta bs) and every 4 AtomiX is 1X regular strength. So if the package says 60 AtomiX, then it’s really only 15x.

I would say if your ever going to go buy purple sticky salvia it is a pure waste of money. Me and my two friends went to the local headshop and bought 1 gram of this herb which when you smoke hits you like a 10 minute acid trip. Well we bought the highest dose you could buy there at x40 and went home to smoke after the guy told us this high dose got him and 7 other people high.

Well we got home opened up the cabinet and got out the “red dragon” and packed it tight full of the salvia. We all took 2 hits a piece held it for a while and released. Absolutely no effect. We did this till the the whole gram was gone which took a little bit. Still absolutely no effect so it was a waste of $25. Do not buy this brand. All it does is make you lightheaded and feel like crap. What a waste :(

if you buy salvia from “PURPLE STICKY SALVIA” make sure you know that whatever it says on your container is about 4 times the real extraction level.

for example, i bought 20x tonight, and it was really 5x. and we tried to trip off of it, and 3 of us smoking 1 gram couldn’t feel hardly anything.

so if you buy from purple sticky salvia, make sure you get AT LEAST 80x. or from another company at least more than 10x, although i would highly recommend 20x or higher.

peace.

just bought the 60 atomiX (15x by regular standards).
{before} The idea is to mix with a bit of cannabis sativa because the trip should last longer and hopefully be intensified via combination. I have tried 10x and 20x of regular salvia, whose potency ratings have not been fucked with by the manufacturer. The 10x didnt do much, but the 20x always produces intense psychedelic effects (intense open and closed eye visuals, uncontrollable laughter, “breathing” rooms, similar to acid and psilocybin, but the duration is a lot less exhausting cause its over with in ten minutes. Im curious as to how well this’ll work.
{during} yeeeaaaaaaaahhh this shit works. I just took 4 hits. And things have become quite strange in my mind. Visuals are effected enormously.
{after} it was $50. And shit went crazy. Good deal.

I much prefer salviamonsters salvia to purple sticky. The bang for your buck is majorly diluted in my experiences with purple sticky.

It does make sense to me since salvia is a dry plant, that maybe the company that makes purple sticky adds color and syrup of some sort to the product, kind of like how candy is dyed. packaging reminds me of poprocks. anywho, didn’t have a great experience with this brand, good luck to anyone who tries it.
