Shamanic Extracts has been dedicated since 1999 to educate the public about the many spiritual uses of ethnobotanicals. They provide access to a wide variety of sacred herbs and plants in order to spread their knowledge & help preserve the species of the shamanic plant kingdom and believe that modern man can benefit greatly from the magical and spiritual energies of these plants, helping him to reconnect to nature and advance him on his spiritual journey. Their own labs manufacture fresh standardized extracts and have a customer rewards points system that lets you earn money off future purchases. 2.8I don’t know who stole from who and don’t really care. All I have to throw in the mix is that I have ordered from IAmShaman Shop and Shamanic-Extracts at the same time, and my IAmShaman Shop order arrived in 3 days, where the Shamanic-Extract order took about 15 days. As far as quality; there was no comparison; IAmShaman won hands down.

1.7Ordered on March 2nd and have never received the order. Could be held up in customs which is out of the company’s control but they don’t respond to any type of msg I send. I filled out the support email form a handfull of times and get no response. They even have an elaborate support site that I filled out a few tickets and also get NO response. My opinion is this place is a POS and if you’re looking to buy such merchandise look elsewhere.

5I personally use this company a few times a month and have allways recieved a quality product and in a timely mannor. I have also recently used their support desk and it seems to be working fine now and every support ticket has been replied to in a professional mannor. Shamanic Extracts is not a rip-off site they are a good, honest, and trustworthy buisness to buy ethnobotanicals.

4.3I only found these reviews after I ordered and I was quite worried. BUT, I received my order after 5 days (delivery time est. 4-5 days) and it looks nicely weighted. I haven’t tested it yet but I will let you all know after the weekend.

1Made an order October 25th is now 12th December and yet nothing has arived, no letter from customs saying it was picked up either. Shamanic-Extracts are not responding to any support ticket I make either. All in all, I won’t be buying from this company again. VERY unreliable.

0Placed an order and received it in about two weeks..which wouldn’t be quite so bad if it arrived with the correct products. They sent me an entire different herb than I ordered and haven’t responded to my support ticket after a week. All in all I bought it off impulse from these guys without reading reviews…a mistake I will NOT make again. NEVER EVER buy from this garbage site. Worst service I have come across.

0Total scam. I got my two first orders without problems. So I trusted them.. Now the support won’t answer. I’ve paid the order and sent them email, noting that I am willing to present the receipt. No answer.
Avoid.

1*sigh* I ordered form Shamanic extracts last Thurs. aug.12 and only fell upon these reviews today aug.17th. I ordered from Canada, after reading these horrible reviews I’m not expecting anything at all(my expectations weren’t high to begin with but now i know not to even think of it), if it does show up so be it, I certainly won’t place another order from them either way. It really does suck that they send you an email stating they’ve sent your package but can’t contact them otherwise. Who can I contact if they have taken from me and how does someone have them put out of business?
Shamanic Extracts does have a couple of items that Iamshaman does not have listed(or I read the product wrong). Are there other reliable sources for these products online? I am someone who needs some of these products for medicinal purposes not recreational, please help!

Did you receive your order from Shamanic-extracts.com?

Actually yes i did, I have ordered almost a dozen times since, my stuff arrives within 5 business days unless it gets opened by customs, then it takes about 7 but it still arrives in one piece. I live in Canada and most of this stuff is not controlled here and customs will contact you if it is. From what I understand, U.S. customs lets a lot less of these products through and don’t often contact you if there is an issue. As far as salvia there are more countries that won’t carry it now, and if you go to the Ethno Garden’s Botanical website you will see a disclaimer on their homepage stating that as of jan.2010 they would not be shipping to the U.S. at all anymore over legal issues involving a few products and give a link to another American site they support called Arena Ethnobotanical’s. Shaman’s Garden’s has by far the best customer service and some really quality products at good prices. Different outlets carry different varieties, so I shop around a little as I use much more than just salvia, I actually use that stuff the least(salvia). The stuff I order from the Netherlands gets here faster than the stuff I order from the U.S. and even Canada where I’m from. Because of their level of customer service my business leans towards Shaman’s Garden’s(IamShaman). I still use EthnoGardens and Shamanic extracts because they’ve pulled through and for variety. I’m seeing if stuff I ordered from flowing visions is going to arrive.
Here is a link to a complaints board i answered (under bryan999), hope this all helps

My flowing visions order arrived in one piece with no Customs tape on it, so it was unopened, really great product(hostilis, not salvia), google chechout is a bit of a pain as they are a smaller company, but they answer their emails personally so you can get in touch. I will use them again for sure.

3.8A tip for people ordering ayahuasca, the kits come with instructions of how to prepare both ingredients as well as, both ingredients, which is illegal as it is creating dmt. Order the analogues and Caapi on separate orders, you’re more likely to recieve it all(depending what country you live in), and if you decide to start mixing things just look around online, all the info is out there. ‘But remember that none of that stuff is intended for human consumption…’

If you go to bryan999 on this thread you’ll get my 2 cents on what I’ve discovered from ordering these products. Peace

0I ordered sclerotia from them on March 9th.And it is now May 20th.So,yea these guys are complete scam artists.Even when I’ve written a BUNCH of tickets, all I get are these “fake ass” notices from ups,or Fed-Ex or DHL (all with the same design)saying my parcal was sent to my address, and it will arrive within 7 days.OH,then it was 5 days, then 3 days, then jumped back up to 7 days, then 3,then 5 again.Fuck these people.

1.3ordered on a sunday giving maximum shipping time and it took 7 days to make it to me which is unacceptable for a tissue sample and the cost of shipping for such a small package. At that price they should be able to have it here in 3..4 days MAX
Needless to say my plant arrived in horrendous condition all the leaves fallen off, roots on their way out and an un-identifiable black bulb around the roots. But not only did it take to long to get here rendering the plant virtually useless, they have made no effort to respond to my tickets which included images and everything. I don’t believe it’s in their agreement to do store credit or w.e. but 7 days is far too long for a plant to be in the mail and highly nonprofessional in my opinion.
so in regards to plant tissue acquisitions (unless in same country i will assume) Poor service-which in this case leads to major deterioration of quality. (had it arrived on time im sure the quality would have been grand.)
Oh well heres to hoping they respond to my ticket in the future and to the hopes that i can lower their business a little otherwise.

2I ordered products for $42 and never got them. It has been over a month now. I get no answers from the support and no mail from customs. I live in Sweden and the stuff I ordered is leagal here. I think I have been ripped off and I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I am going to do what I can to warn people about this site.
