Where CAN I Buy Salvia?

I’m looking for the best place to buy salvia online, but there are tons of websites and I’m not sure which of them are still up to date and selling salvia tincture or salvia plants, and which ones don’t ship, or which shops still have a website up and accepts credit card payments but never actually sends the salvia. What should I do, where can I buy salvia?

When I was first looking to purchase salvia in 2009, as a typical web savvy adolescent, I scoured through rip off reports and every salvia review website and forum I could find on the net. I looked at each website and the pictures they had of their salvia and thought about whether they had taken the pictures themselves or if they were stock photos online, or if they were in colorful packages that implied the salvia was commercialized and bought from a separate vendor and was being resold.

The perks of commercialized salvia, like purple sticky salvia is they are sold at local headshops and there is enormous information available online regarding it’s quality, for example, purple sticky salvia is measured in a peculiar brand specific system called ATOMIX, a standardized 10x extract of normal salvia is equal to 40x Atomix.

In 2006  when Anthony Fre was selling the website he made for Salvia Dragon on Flippa.com, an interested buyer asked, “Does the new owner have to make the salvia themselver or it is an affiliate program? Please elaborate a little on how you get the salvia to sell. [Where can I buy salvia?]“ Anthony replied,

“Currently I’m buying the Salvia via my wholesale supplier, adding my ‘special ingredient’ which is Calea Z. and then shipping it out of my own warehouse. Where I get it, it costs about $120 per Kilo (2.2 pounds). This $120 is worth around $6000 in revenue before you have to buy another kilo. This is the cheapest way but there are dropshippers avaliable if you want to go that route.”

This got me wondering, how do all the websites online that are not regulated by the FDA or any sort of organization get or grow their salvia, do they provide information on how they do somewhere on their websites?
